rules and regulations for myspace
you need to know these things! its very important you follow these rules or you will get deleted from myspace. and these are the rules. i'm just rewriting them for you.

1. if you block ads *advertisments, the things at the top of the page* you will get deleted. if one o the people that work on myspace sees your profile, they will delete your account.
2. whoring/w4w/s4s/promoting is not illegal, automatic adds, and advertising for another site on your profile is illegal, you will get deleted if somebody that works for myspace sees it. If you do it in excess it is considered spam, and THAT is illegal on myspace.
3. roleplaying/ role playing/rollplaying/ roll playing is not illegal as long as you say your a roleplayer and not the person, if you say your the person, or if you dont say that your a roleplayer, you will get deleted if somebody for myspace sees it.
4. sending chain letters is illegal, both on myspace and in california. people have killed themself over chain letters, so california *and since tom lives in california where myspace was made* you can get arrested for sending chain letters. this is true. i remember when the law was approved. over 15 people killed themselfs over 1 stupuid chain letter. so if you dont want to go to jail, dont.
5. hacking is illegal on myspace and in all of north america you will go to jail for a long time, seriously. hacking into somebody elses private accounts/website/webpages/computer is againt the law, even if its just for myspace. nomatter how old you are you will get in trouble.
6. cursing/sending threats/hate mail/etc.is illegal on myspace. your account will get deleted if you do any of those things.
7. sending mass comments/messages is technically spam on myspace. so you will get deleted if somebody sees you.
8. people can and will report you. theres no way out of it. you can hide the link but they can still find it. so dont think you can get away.
9. claiming something to be yours *jocking* can and will get you deleted. so ask if you can use something, then if they say yes, put a link to credit them. its againt the law in the united states and myspace.
10. follow the rules and you'll have your account until you decide to delete it.
TIPS ON HOW TO PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT!
change your password every so often.
change your account email address every few months.
dont give your password out to anyone, not even your best friend.
i recommend not having a partner because you'll never know if they'll screw you over. like on my other layout site.
dont have a "add me to your top friends" link on your page because then they can get our email, reset your password and hack your account.
dont login to a site, if its asking for your myspace login info. its fake and it will hack your account, post wierd codes from your profile, send comments message and more, trying to get more people to do what youve just done.
it would be great if you post this into a blog on your profile. just so everyone knows link back to teapot though!
